1. About These Terms

Welcome to ebookread.in, the online store of SwastikEbooks. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and every purchase of ebooks, PDFs and digital study material made through it. By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” means SwastikEbooks, the owner and operator of ebookread.in.
“You”, “User”, “Customer” means any person who visits the website or buys a product from it.
“Product” / “Ebook” means any digital book, PDF, study guide, question set or other downloadable material sold on the website.

3. Eligibility and Account

Anyone may browse the website. There is no minimum age to read our free content or sample pages.
To buy an ebook, you must be 18 years or older and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, the purchase must be made by your parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for the order.
You are responsible for giving accurate details (name, email, phone) at checkout, because your ebook is delivered to the email address you provide.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Products and Content

All products are digital only. No physical book will be shipped.
Our ebooks are study aids prepared for exams such as CTET, TET and other competitive and academic courses. We make every effort to keep them accurate and aligned with the latest official syllabus, but we do not guarantee that they are free of errors or that they will lead to any particular exam result.
Product descriptions, sample pages and cover images are for illustration. Minor differences in layout or design may occur.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.
An order is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received.

6. Delivery of Ebooks

After successful payment, your ebook is delivered digitally — as a download link on the order page and/or by email to the address you provided. Delivery is usually instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases. If you do not receive your ebook, please check your spam folder and then contact us through the Contact Us page. 7. Licence to Use

When you buy an ebook, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own study. You may not:

share, forward, upload, resell, rent or distribute the ebook (or any part of it) to any other person, group, website, Telegram/WhatsApp channel or file-sharing service;
copy, edit, remove the watermark or branding from, or claim authorship of the content;
use the content for commercial coaching, printing or publishing without our written permission.

Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your licence without refund, and we may take legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the ebook has not been downloaded. Once an ebook has been downloaded, or after 24 hours have passed, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the case of a duplicate payment, a payment taken without the ebook being delivered, or a file that is corrupted and cannot be replaced. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including ebooks, text, questions, illustrations, logos, the SwastikEbooks name and design — is owned by SwastikEbooks or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. See our Copyright Policy for more information.

10. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to use the website to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to upload viruses or harmful code, to scrape or copy content automatically, or to interfere with other users’ access to the website.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to, or use services provided by, third parties (such as payment gateways and email providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SwastikEbooks is not affiliated with CBSE, CTET or any exam-conducting body; please always refer to the official notification for exam rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwastikEbooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or its products, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
