Refund & Cancellation Policy

Simple and fair: full refund within 24 hours if the ebook has not been downloaded

1. Our Refund Promise

We want you to buy with confidence. If you change your mind, you can get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as you have not downloaded the ebook.

2. When You Can Get a Refund

Not downloaded, within 24 hours: full refund, no questions asked.
Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
Payment taken but ebook not delivered: if we cannot deliver your ebook, you receive a full refund.
Corrupted file: if the file does not open and we cannot send you a working copy, you receive a full refund.

3. When a Refund Is Not Possible

The ebook has already been downloaded (even partly).
More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase (except in the cases listed in section 2).
You bought the wrong title by mistake and have already downloaded it.
Reasons such as exam results, a change in the exam date or pattern, or not having time to study.

Because ebooks are digital files that cannot be returned once downloaded, we are unable to make exceptions to these rules.

4. How to Request a Refund

Go to our Contact Us page within 24 hours of your purchase.
Share your order number, the email address used for the order and the reason for the refund.
We will check that the ebook has not been downloaded and reply within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, the money is returned to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 business days. The exact time for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellations

An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase and only if the ebook has not been downloaded — this is treated as a refund request under section 4. Orders cannot be cancelled after the ebook has been downloaded.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
